V型結構 齒形護板

液壓控制 清腔方便
配備液(ye)壓(ya)油站,保(bao)證機(ji)(ji)器潤(run)滑系統為機(ji)(ji)器需潤(run)滑部件(jian)供(gong)(gong)油,為機(ji)(ji)器安全作業(ye)提供(gong)(gong)保(bao)障。同時,如果破(po)碎(sui)機(ji)(ji)在負荷(he)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)停機(ji)(ji),液(ye)壓(ya)清腔(qiang)系統可迅速清理破(po)碎(sui)腔(qiang),大大減少了停機(ji)(ji)時間。
楔塊裝置 調節快捷
采(cai)用楔(xie)塊(kuai)排料口調(diao)節系(xi)統,是機器即使在空轉情況(kuang)下也可以再幾分鐘(zhong)之(zhi)內把(ba)排料口挑到預定值,在液壓(ya)系(xi)統配合下,實現自動化(hua),比老式(shi)的(de)墊片式(shi)排料口調(diao)節系(xi)統更簡單、安(an)全(quan)、快捷。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)皮(pi)帶和皮(pi)帶輪,通過(guo)偏心(xin)軸使動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)前后上(shang)下(xia)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),當(dang)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)板向定鄂(e)板運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi),物料(liao)被壓(ya) 碎或劈碎。當(dang)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)和動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)板在(zai)偏心(xin)軸、彈簧(huang)的作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)后退時(shi),先前已被壓(ya)碎或劈碎的物料(liao)從鄂(e)板的下(xia)部排料(liao)口排出。隨著電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機連(lian)續轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而(er)破(po)碎機動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)作(zuo)周期(qi)性地壓(ya) 碎和排泄物料(liao),實現批量(liang)生產。
